Sushi night with my son and his family! We tried to get reservations at the sushi place here in town, but they had no room for us all week long so we just did take out. I cooked up some edamame and also some spinach with shiitakes and red peppers as sides. It was actually more fun to eat it at home than at the restaurant. Definitely something we will do again!
