Kitchen Tip: Breaking Up Ground Beef

When browning and breaking up ground beef or any ground meat the best tool to use is a potato masher. It breaks up the meat in quick order in very small and even pieces. It is awesome. If its wires get clogged with meat just knock the handle on the side of the pan a couple of times and everything breaks free. Everyone should try this!
