Hawaiian Pancakes

Our last breakfast of the trip: Hawaiian pancakes made with macadamia nuts and pineapple, topped with coconut syrup. We just had to try dragon fruit, so I added that and bacon as sides. Beautiful and delicious! Now it’s back to reality as we travel home. You’ve been good to us, Kona! Aloha!
